This house whiskey is aged with precision using Cleveland Underground’s cutting-edge process, bringing depth and smoothness to every pour. It powers our house Old-Fashioneds, Maple Manhattan, whiskey sours and many more — delivering a unique flavor profile you won’t find anywhere else.

Signature Cocktails

  • Maple Manhattan – El Toro Whiskey, Amaretto, maple, chocolate bitters. These flavors create a strong, delicious and unforgettable drink. Your welcome.

  • Old-Fashioned – El Toro whiskey, Demerara, bitters, cherry, orange zest. This Old Drink is the new favorite. Get it smoked for a different experience.

  • Blueberry Lemonade – Vodka shaken with house lemonade. Crisp, bright, and dangerously smooth. It is a summer drink, so good we serve it year round.

  • Blood Moon – Vodka, blood moon, orange juice, cranberry juice, demerara, lime. saken hard this vibrant drink is like heaven with citrus and bite.

  • Mai Thai - Light rum, pineapple juice, spiced rum, orange juice, orange liquor, orgeat and dark rum. I should not have to spell it out for you, rum is the theme here.

  • Margarita – Tequilla, orange liquor, lime juice, agave. This is the real deal a crowd favorite for a reason.

  • Pomegranate Margarita – Tart, vibrant, and dangerously sippable.

  • Espresso Martini - Vodka, Coffee Liquor, Irish Cream, Fresh Espresso. Shaken to perfection. Perfect anytime
